• NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely required.
• Experience in H&S management across multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain H&S and fire-safety standards.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Track safety metrics and report findings to senior leadership.
• Lead Corrective Action Meetings and coach managers.
• Serve as primary contact for HSE and regulatory bodies.
