This role involves developing relationships with national housebuilders and contract merchants, ensuring high-quality bathroom products are specified early in projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract sales, strong knowledge of merchant distribution, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven track record in contract/specification sales within KBB or related sectors.
• Experience working with housebuilders and developers at regional and national levels.
• Ability to build relationships and convert opportunities.
• Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for contract specification sales.
• Build relationships with contract merchants and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Ensure project specifications convert into orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of contract opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
