National Field Sales Manager – Ferrero Ireland

Field Sales Solutions is recruiting for an experienced and driven National Field Sales Manager to lead our Ferrero Ireland field sales operation. Candidates can be UK or Ireland based.

This role offers an opportunity to work on behalf of Ferrero – home to household favourites such as Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher and Tic Tac – and play a key role in driving sales growth, visibility and distribution across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and motivate Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Drive ROI, visibility and brand presence across Grocery, Convenience, Impulse and Cash & Carry channels.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value for the client and profitability for Field Sales Solutions.
  • Deliver regular business performance reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of high‑performing talent within the sales team.
  • Partner with Ferrero and Field Sales Solutions stakeholders to align on strategy and operational excellence.
  • Build strong customer relationships and educate retailers on category opportunities in line with Ferrero’s trade marketing plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting approaches to maximise growth.
