Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a National CPC & Training Manager to own driver training across our transport network. Based from North Scarle (Lincoln) with nationwide travel, you will set the training strategy, content and standards for all site-based Driver Trainers.

You will deliver RTITB-accredited CPC training, maintain a national content library, and coach site trainers to ensure consistent, auditable training records and compliant delivery across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Essential: Clean HGV Category C+E licence.
• Essential: Current experience delivering Driver CPC periodic training.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of DVSA and RTITB standards for LGV instruction.
• Essential: Experience developing or updating training content.
• Essential: Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Essential: Strong organisational skills and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RTITB-accredited Driver CPC periodic training across Noble Foods sites.
• Plan and manage a national training schedule across multiple sites.
• Own and maintain a national training standard and content library.
• Coach site Trainers and ensure quality through audits and feedback.
• Maintain training records and prepare periodic compliance and performance reports.
• Ensure training content keeps pace with regulatory changes and new equipment.
