Job summary

Gymfinity Kids is recruiting a National Curriculum Coach to join our programme across Liverpool and Merseyside. You will deliver gymnastics-based activities in schools, co-ordinate with teachers, and help children develop fitness and movement skills.

Ideal candidates have Level 2 coaching or higher, a passion for working with children, and the flexibility to travel between sites. DBS check required; 18+ and car access preferred. Hours vary Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications.
• Knowledge or experience with gymnastics or similar sport.
• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
• A passion for working with and developing children.
• Confidence leading small and large groups.
• Confidence liaising with teachers and customers.
• A desire to learn and develop within the role.
• Availability to work between the hours of 8am up to 5pm.
• Candidates must be over the age of 18.
• Access to a car is required.

• Participate in the planning and development of Gymnastics and Ninja activities to help customers reach their potential and learning goals.
• Communicate with parents and customers professionally.
• Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.
• Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.
• Be a role model for customer service at all times to both members and prospects.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities for a great customer experience.
• Participate in regular staff meetings.
• Help create an environment where colleagues enjoy themselves and contribute to the club’s success.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties and attend meetings as required.

Job Profile

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

It's an exciting time for us here at Gymfinity Kids, we are looking for Coaches from all sporting backgrounds to join our National Curriculum Programme in Liverpool. This vacancy covers multiple locations in and around Liverpool and Merseyside.

Candidates must be over the age of 18 and have the means to travel between locations easily.

Various across Monday - Friday between 8am and 4.30pm

Gymfinity Kids are the UK’s leading provider in activity-based clubs.

Our National Curriculum Programme brings our Gymnastics classes into the UKs schools. Our programme allows thousands of children to learn and enjoy fitness through gymnastics, whilst our fully qualified coaches deliver CPD training to primary school teachers.

About you

• Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications. (Level 2 or above in coaching is essential for this role. If you don’t hold a qualification we can provide this through our internal accredited qualification programme)
