Job summary

Forde Automotive is seeking competent car delivery drivers across the UK. You will deliver and collect vehicles in a team environment, with transportation provided between locations and no reliance on hitchhiking or public transport.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, a minimum of 5 years driving experience, a valid full licence, and a clean 6-point license with no DR10s. Roles are temporary with potential for ongoing assignments.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.
• Applicants must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
• Valid full driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years (commercial insurance requirement).
• No more than 6 points on licence; no DR10s.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient single car collections and deliveries as directed.
• Accurate completion of collection/delivery reports per client and customer requirements.
• Report vehicle accidents, damages and faults promptly per policy.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks as required by the client.
• Ensure the security of customers’ vehicles and property.
• Adhere to HSE policies and use PPE when required.
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver customer service per policy.
