Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience delivering sustained growth in large retail customers.
  • 10+ years of experience working in paints/coatings, DIY, industrial consumables or FMCG.
  • Commercial experience: joint business plans, forecasting, P&L management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy for national accounts to achieve growth goals.
  • Improve rebate ROI and external engagement.
  • Establish sales goals and forecast sales volume.
