Overview
Drive explosive growth for iconic Dermatological skincare brands by building strong relationships with JS and Tesco and creating innovative sales strategies. As a Grocery National Account Manager, you will cultivate deep retailer relationships and leverage your market expertise to drive brand growth and achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage strong relationships with Tesco and JS, built on integrity and trust whilst representing the interests of the brands.
- Provide JS and Tesco with reliable and timely support.
- Develop a strong understanding of both retailers to advocate for their interests within L’Oréal and the team.
- Work in an internal multi‑functional team (marketing, supply chain, financial control and digital) to deliver accurate forecasting through data analysis and collaboration with demand and supply teams as well as deliver mid to long term strategy tailored to your retailers’ priorities and shoppers.
- Create innovative sales and marketing solutions by working on differentiated marketing plans with the marketing teams with an agreed marketing budget.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to develop images.
- Own A&P management for all assets related to the account as well as P&L management with finance, assisting in driving divisional profitability and building plans to reach budget targets.
- Develop, own and execute the collaborative business plan considering the strategic priorities of your retailer (on and offline) and L’Oréal’s drivers for growth.
- Monitor and report account performance to key internal stakeholders.
- Input into LDB strategy by informing the team of challenges and opportunities within your account.
