A leading recruitment partner in the UK is seeking a candidate to manage key grocery and e-commerce accounts. This role involves full P&L ownership, creating strategic partnerships, and driving promotional strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven success in managing top grocery accounts and possesses strong commercial acumen. Qualifications

  • Proven success managing Top 4 and/or Ocado grocery accounts within branded food or drink.
  • Strong commercial acumen confident handling negotiation, forecasting, and account planning.

The Role
  • Manage key grocery and e-commerce partners including Ocado, Asda, Booths and Amazon, delivering growth across volume, value and profit.
  • Full P&L ownership driving forecasting accuracy, promotional effectiveness and strong commercial delivery.
  • Lead JBP creation, pricing and promotional strategy to achieve customer and brand targets.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Category and Innovation teams to land NPD and activation plans that excite shoppers.
  • Build strategic relationships and become the go-to expert for your customers.
