Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with key Foodservice Wholesale customers—building strong relationships with a range of contacts across these businesses, from senior buyers to field sales teams.
  • Create & execute complex customer joint business plans that help deliver against Oatly's goals and those of our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to bring on new business by working closely with buyers and exploring new route‑to‑market partnerships.
  • Plan, negotiate & execute new product launch strategies smoothly and effectively.
  • Advocate for customers internally—developing a deep understanding of them, their goals, and how we can work together to achieve shared success.
  • Accurately forecast volume sales for customers and track performance against those forecasts, providing clear updates to the business.
  • Deliver against volume and spend targets and continually find new opportunities to hit those targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider OOH team, including internationally, to share learnings and grow your business.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience managing foodservice wholesalers, either nationally or regionally, or experience as a sales role for a foodservice wholesaler with a track record of winning new business and managing a P&L.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience executing joint business plans (JBPs).
  • Motivated by building relationships, energized by being out with customers, and driven by delivering and exceeding targets.
  • A data‑driven mindset—using numbers to discover performance trends and opportunities, and sharing insights internally and externally.
  • A self‑starter who can take ownership of work without direct supervision.
  • Eager to be part of a motivated, enthusiastic, kind, positive, and values‑driven team whose mission is to change the food industry through sustainability, health, and trust.
