National Account Manager, Beauty (UK/IR)

About the Job
  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to drive growth across the existing beauty brand portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L for the UK/IR market and provide oversight for sales performance in the wider EU region.
  • Lead and manage all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Wholesale, and Distributor networks.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, deliver monthly sales reports, and conduct in-depth performance analysis.
  • Initiate and lead strategic business development projects to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and distribution partners across all channels.
  • Drive both sell-in and sell-out performance to increase market share and optimize revenue growth.
  • Partner with trade marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strengthen brand positioning by identifying new growth opportunities, increasing awareness, and improving profit margins.
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and expand the product portfolio in alignment with market trends and business goals.
About You
  • FMCG Background, Personal Care industry is preferred
  • Well understanding in customer’s needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector
  • Good business relationship with local retailers
  • Well analytical skills, project leading experience is a must
