National Account Manager, Beauty (UK/IR)
About the Job
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to drive growth across the existing beauty brand portfolio.
- Take full ownership of the P&L for the UK/IR market and provide oversight for sales performance in the wider EU region.
- Lead and manage all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Wholesale, and Distributor networks.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, deliver monthly sales reports, and conduct in-depth performance analysis.
- Initiate and lead strategic business development projects to capture new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key retail and distribution partners across all channels.
- Drive both sell-in and sell-out performance to increase market share and optimize revenue growth.
- Partner with trade marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Strengthen brand positioning by identifying new growth opportunities, increasing awareness, and improving profit margins.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and expand the product portfolio in alignment with market trends and business goals.
About You
- FMCG Background, Personal Care industry is preferred
- Well understanding in customer’s needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector
- Good business relationship with local retailers
- Well analytical skills, project leading experience is a must
- Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player
- Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
