National Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and proactive Account Manager to join a multi-international business, taking full ownership of the Wickes and The Range accounts. In this role, you will be central to delivering our commercial strategy across these major UK retailers, leading promotional activity, supporting new product launches, and building strong, strategic partnerships with customers to maximise growth and performance. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team, working in an inclusive environment that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement, with excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

National Account Manager Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, distribution, and profit growth across your account portfolio.
  • Implement agreed pricing and commercial strategies in line with company policy.
  • Develop and manage: promotional, activation, demand/order, and NPD plans for your accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and product launches.
  • Ensure each account achieves its full potential and supports overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage payments, overdue accounts, and stock effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
National Account Manager Persons Spec

  • Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
