You'll take ownership of retail and wholesale customers in a dynamic category driving sales growth, opening new accounts, and delivering results through strong partnerships, data-led decisions, and creative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major retail and wholesale customers within the wipes category.
  • Identify and win new business, from first contact through to long-term partnership.
  • Deliver on key KPIs including sales, profit, and volume while maintaining forecast accuracy and commercial discipline.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans, aligning with customer and company growth objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and contracts to maximize mutual value.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, Finance, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Bring new product ideas to life, working cross-functionally from concept through launch.
  • Champion sustainability, innovation, and customer satisfaction across every part of the value chain.
