Role Overview

Ambitious and growth-focused, with a strong presence in the FMCG sector.

Now seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to manage a key wholesale customer.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic partnership with major wholesale and convenience customers.
  • Fully P+L responsible when managing customer relationships, driving forward the customer's vision and plan across the cross‑functional team.
  • Build on a solid platform and relationship but play a pivotal role in strategically developing the accounts further.
  • Forecast financial performance and analyse post‑activity results to drive future success.
  • Report weekly performance, providing detailed variance analysis.
  • Wholesale National Account Management experience – operating at National Account Manager or high performing National Account Executive level with substantial experience in JBP planning, P+L management and negotiation, particularly within wholesale / convenience.
  • Commercially driven – experience in FMCG Customer Management with direct P+L ownership.
  • Industry knowledge – exceptional understanding of food & drink commercial best practices and outstanding communication skills.

Salary & Contract

Package: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum (DOE) with company bonus, pension contribution, plus car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + BH. Hybrid – 1–2 days in office (North West).

Other salary offers mentioned: £55,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + BH; £45,000 + high OTE and car or allowance.
