A leading food brand in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their grocery strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven sales record and experience with the top four retailers, driving forward business growth. This role includes a hybrid working model with three days in the Telford office and two days from home, combined with necessary travel to the customer base. A strong desire for success and a hands-on approach are essential.

Ideally you will be familiar with the mults & the way that they work. You will be hungry for success and results driven. It doesn't matter which category you have worked in before - just experience with the top 4 as this is their key focus for 2026.
You will need to be hands on and have a love for sales with a killer instinct.
