Job description

  • Represent an award‑winning, premium portfolio spanning English sparkling, still, and Provence rosé wines.
  • Channel lead support of key grocery and retail accounts, shaping how MDCV UK’s brands are seen and sold nationwide.
  • Join a passionate, growing team that values creativity, collaboration, and commercial flair.
  • Work with brands that champion sustainability, innovation, and authenticity—from carbon‑negative vineyards to globally iconic winery design. Manage and grow existing Off‑Trade accounts, delivering on sales, distribution, and profit targets.
  • Build and execute 12‑month promotional plans that drive ROI and increase brand visibility.
  • Support Off‑Trade expansion by identifying new business opportunities within grocery and key retail channels.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver seamless, commercially sound execution.
  • Analyse category data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Activate brands across retail and trade events, bringing the MDCV UK portfolio to life.
  • You’ve got experience as a National Account Executive, Account Manager, or Trade Marketing Executive within drinks or the FMCG world.
  • You’re commercially minded, data‑driven, and thrive on building relationships that deliver real results.
  • You’re confident negotiating, influencing, and working cross‑functionally.
  • You’re self‑motivated, resilient, and love seeing your plans deliver measurable impact.
  • You’re passionate about premium drinks, sustainability, and making a genuine mark in a growing category.
