National Account Manager - Children's Products

Are you an enthusiastic and organised professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our growing client, supporting key UK accounts and driving our eCommerce business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team, helping bring innovative children’s products to market and supporting ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key UK accounts (high street retailers), building strong relationships with buying teams and executing joint business plans to maximise sales
  • Plan ranges, prepare quotes, and manage new line forms for customers
  • Oversee the Amazon business (Vendor and Seller Central), optimising listings, managing stock levels, forecasting, and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Upload product content (images, videos, copy) to retailer portals and ensure information is always up-to-date
  • Produce business reports and presentations, analysing key metrics and contributing to strategic planning
  • Represent the company at trade shows and support business development initiatives
  • Monitor eCommerce P&L and work with internal teams to enhance product content and performance
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must have experience in an Account management or account executive capacity, with children’s/baby/toys focus
  • Must have experience managing Amazon Vendor or Seller Central and high‑street, discounter, and online accounts
  • Knowledge of UK retail and fast‑moving children’s product categories
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
