Location : Reading, Berkshire (office-based 1-2 days / week)

Are you a commercially astute and ambitious National Account Executive (or rising Junior Account Manager) looking to make your mark in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment?

We’re exclusively partnering with a high-growth consumer brand group on a mission to build and scale an exciting portfolio of functional and lifestyle brands across the UK and beyond. Backed by significant investment and led by a best-in-class leadership team, the business has doubled turnover in the last two months - and is on track to do it again, targeting £12M+ revenue within the next 12 months.

Now, they’re looking for a bright, dynamic National Account Executive to join their expanding commercial team and play a key role in supporting and developing relationships across key UK retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

🌟 The Opportunity

This is not your typical “steady-state” account role. It’s a fast-paced, hands‑on commercial position within a buy & build model brand house that’s scaling aggressively. You’ll gain exposure to multiple categories and channels while working directly with the Senior NAM.

You’ll be involved in :

  • Supporting national and regional accounts across retail, wholesale, and distribution partners
  • Analysing margins, pricing structures, and competitor activity to drive profitability
  • Helping shape Joint Business Plans and supporting price negotiations
  • Assisting in the execution of promotions, offers, and trade activations
  • Managing day‑to‑day account administration, reporting, and data analysis

  • Commercially minded and analytically sharp - confident with numbers and data
  • Driven and ambitious - someone who’s hungry to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility quickly
  • Experienced in (or supporting) UK account management within retail, wholesale, or distribution channels
  • Ideally from a background in Personal Care, Beauty, VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements), Oral Care, Pharmaceuticals, or broader Functional FMCG
