Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager NARS

Job Location: Boots, Covent Garden

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract (until September 2025), 15 hours per week over 2 days

Hourly rate: £13.33

Main Responsibilities

Through one-to-one sessions and events, you will use your artistry skills and product expertise to ensure that each customer goes away with a bag full of luxurious makeup and the confidence to use NARS techniques to express their own personal vision of beauty. By learning our customer engagement approach you will create strong connections with customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas, securing brand loyalty to NARS and to you as an Artist.

We will provide you with tools and training to express your creativity and perform at your best. In return, you will be expected to reach and exceed your performance targets. As a NARS Artist, you will influence how clients feel about themselves through your actions, communication and connections—this will be your daily commitment to your clients and yourself.
