Exclusive Household Staff is seeking a skilled Live-out Nanny/Family Manager in Wickham Bishops, Essex. The role combines childcare with household management, requiring organisation, initiative and a proactive approach to run a busy family home smoothly.

The ideal candidate will oversee children's routines, coordinate staff, batch-cook healthy meals, and manage calendars, contracts, and appointments while ensuring privacy and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Experienced nanny/family manager with childcare and household management background.
• Warm, nurturing, and organised with proactive approach.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate household staff.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.
• Comfortable batch-cooking and planning healthy meals for the family.

Responsibilities

• Oversee children's daily routines, meals, travel between activities and bedtime routines.
• Coordinate household administration and liaise with tradespeople and staff.
• Manage calendars, appointments, school communications and travel planning.
• Batch-cook meals, maintain tidy bedrooms and children’s wardrobes.
• Support with home maintenance, utilities, and family diary.
