A family in need of childcare assistance in Coulsdon is looking for a registered childminder to help with school runs and care for their child. During the first week (starting 17th November) my hours are 9:30 am‑5:30 pm, so I'll be leaving home around 8 am and back by 6:30‑7 pm. I would need someone who can:

I’ll be working Monday to Friday for one month. After that, my permanent shift pattern will be 2 pm‑10 pm, working:
So during this schedule, I’d need you to be at my home from 2 pm until 11:30 pm, with just one Saturday every two weeks.
You’d need to be a registered childminder since Universal Credit will be covering part of the payment. It would be great if you drive, but it’s not essential.
School is Serenity School Old Palace Croydon. Home is CR5 3AZ.
Supervising and engaging children in age‑appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Assisting with homework and educational activities, including teaching basic skills where appropriate. Ensuring the safety and well‑being of children at all times, including adhering to safety protocols. Assisting with bedtime routines and daily personal care tasks. Driving child to school. Communicating effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Prior experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting is highly desirable. Knowledge of child development principles and age‑specific needs. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children safely. Demonstrated ability to organise activities that stimulate learning and growth. Genuine passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
