Job summary

Qualifications

• Act as a regular customer to help businesses improve service quality.
• Visit a variety of venues such as restaurants, fragrance and beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities, and leisure centres.
• May also work from home by handling phone calls, emails, and online enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mystery shopper to assess service quality at assigned locations.
• Provide constructive feedback based on your experiences to help businesses improve.
• Complete assigned tasks and report findings via the Job Board or related tools.
