Responsibilities

• Visit various settings as a mystery shopper (restaurants, cafés, counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities, leisure centres)
• Provide constructive feedback to help businesses improve their service
• Complete tasks from home (phone calls, emails, online enquiries) when applicable
