Job summary

JKS Mystery Shopping and Training Ltd is inviting you to become a mystery shopper. You will act as a regular customer to help businesses improve their service, completing visits to various venues and, if desired, work from home by handling phone calls, emails and online enquiries.

Signing up is free, with fees varying by assignment and pay comparable to the National Minimum Wage. You will work as a self-employed contractor and are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a regular customer to evaluate service quality.
• Provide constructive feedback to help businesses improve.
• Visit a range of settings including restaurants, cafés, fragrance/beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities, and leisure centres.
