Responsibilities

• Act as a regular customer to help businesses improve their service.
• Visit restaurants, cafés, fragrance and beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities and leisure centres as part of assignments.
• Complete tasks such as phone calls, emails and online enquiries if you choose to work from home.
