A leading NHS organization in Manchester is seeking a Hive EPR – Change Agent to analyze and improve clinical workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with teams, engage staff in changes, and document best practices within the EPR system. As a Hive EPR – Change Agent you will work within the Hive EPR & Digital Applications department, analysing processes and helping staff agree clinical and operational best practice standards and workflows. You will document current and future workflows and either match them to those built into the EPR system or facilitate agreement for changes in working practice.
You will spend part of your time collaborating with other Hive EPR & Digital Applications teams in integrated areas that require close working with other Trust teams. These may include users & security, reporting, printing, testing, training, interfaces, medical device integration and business continuity planning. You will be part of the wider clinical governance and change management organisation for clinical applications and will lead engagement with clinicians and other staff related to your service. In this role you will act as a change management specialist to engage staff in review of working practices and communicate and train changes to practices and policies.
