We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our Supported Accommodation Service. Whether you are looking for a rewarding role leading others and enabling vulnerable care leavers and young people to achieve their potential or an opportunity to gain skills and experience in the health and social care sector, becoming a Senior Support Worker could be the perfect position for you.
You will be able to demonstrate being proactive and innovative in your approach to care and a willingness to adapt and change as we develop to meet new opportunities.
These qualities are more important than previous experience, although it’s very welcome, as full support and training will be provided to enable you to gain that experience
