Job summary

Eaton is seeking skilled electrical engineers to join our team in the UK, delivering MV and HV equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance. You will lead testing, fault finding and work closely with customers during project execution.

You will also mentor service engineers, uphold safety standards and collaborate with project management to ensure on-time delivery, with travel across the EMEA region as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail.
• Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others.
• Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution.
• Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton‑manufactured MV and HV equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
• Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
