What You'll Be Doing (The Good Stuff):

- Performance Prep: Prepare students for everything from their first recital to exams and auditions, helping them shine when it matters most.
- Feedback & Flourish: Consistently assess progress and provide the kind of constructive, inspiring feedback that truly helps students evolve.
- Just Teach! Your primary focus? Delivering exceptional lessons. We handle all the financial admin, marketing, and client-building. Just show up, teach, and watch your student roster grow.

Who We're Looking For (The Essentials):
- Instrumental Proficiency: Ideally, you’ll have a higher-level college/university music qualification, Grade 7/8, or relevant gigging experience.
- Adaptable Educator: The ability to teach a diverse range of ages and skill levels, adapting your methods to each student’s individual learning style.
- Communication King/Queen: Clear, engaging communication skills that inspire confidence and build rapport.
