Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 school-based references.

About the Role

Connex Education are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Lincoln on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Music lessons across the relevant Key Stages, inspiring students to develop their musical knowledge, creativity and practical skills.

The role will involve creating a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment, supporting students of different abilities and maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement. The successful Music Teacher will be confident delivering the curriculum, assessing student progress and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.

Person Specification

To be considered for this role candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:

• Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) proven by providing your Teacher Reference Number
• Experience of working as a teacher in a British curriculum school for a minimum of two terms since obtaining QTS.
• Full enhanced DBS certificate
• Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
• The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teacher.
• A minimum of 2 school based references
