We are hiring a dynamic and hands-on Site Manager for our studios in Bristol & Cheltenham
At Pirate, we want every customer to enjoy our studios to the fullest, creating a welcoming, inspiring, and safe space for creativity to thrive and as a Site Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission. You’ll ensure our studios meet high standards, offer a great customer experience, and run efficiently. You’ll balance smooth operations, growing revenue, controlling costs, while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Every day will be different for you, but here’s an overview:
Studio Operations- Oversee daily studio operations, manage equipment, and work with contractors and staff to keep things running smoothly.
Equipment Repairs: Keep equipment running smoothly with regular checks, troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot, and liaise with Stock Control & Repairs for any additional repairs.
Customer Experience: Be the on the ground face of Pirate Studios, gather customer feedback, make improvements, and collaborate with our Artist Support Team to ensure every visit runs smoothly.
People Management: Lead a small team of Studio Assistants and cleaners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to thrive.
Health & Safety: Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for artists, staff, and contractors by ensuring all compliance tasks and safety regulations are followed.
