Overview

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Music & Performing Arts Technician / Music TA to join our supportive team at Bexhill Academy. The role provides technical and organizational support for the music and performing arts departments, maintains equipment, assists with events and performances—including supporting commercial activities during evenings and weekends—and delivers targeted support to students (including those with SEND). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive, professional attitude.

Key responsibilities
