Job summary

Believe in Liverpool is seeking an Operational Insights Analyst to join Sentric’s Operational Insights team within the Revenue Optimisation Department. You’ll help maintain data structures and design pipelines that power royalties reporting while delivering analysis tools to drive operational efficiency.

Working with Rights, Royalties and Insights, you’ll translate data into business decisions, build ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and Snowflake, and create dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker to

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in analytics engineering, data analytics or similar.
• Strong SQL with joins,Aggregations and window functions; knowledge of dbt is a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake and AWS S3/Athena; ETL/ELT and data modelling.
• Familiar with Power BI/Tableau/Looker for dashboards.
• Some Python (pandas, boto3) for scripting and pipelines.
• Interest in AI-assisted data tooling for reporting.
• Certs like Snowflake SnowPro/AWS Practitioner are a plus; portfolio encouraged.
• Clear communication translating data to business insight.

Responsibilities

• Trace revenue discrepancies through source data and transformations.
• Translate audit questions into reusable data structures.
• Assist revenue assurance frameworks and methodologies.
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines in AWS and Snowflake.
• Design reporting schemas with proper normalization and keys.
• Create ETL/ELT pipelines via S3 and Athena.
• Write SQL and Python transformations for royalty data.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Looker on curated data.
• Evaluate AI-assisted tooling to accelerate insight delivery.
• Support upstream schema changes and assess downstream impact.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
