Greenhous Group is seeking a reliable Multivehicle Transport Driver to move vehicles between sites, dealerships and customer locations. You will ensure safe handling, timely deliveries and careful vehicle care throughout transport. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in paperwork and strong coordination with the logistics team.

Salary £28,700 annual; hours Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, approx. 40 hours weekly with unpaid lunch.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport multiple vehicles between dealerships, sites, customers and locations.
• Load and unload vehicles securely following correct procedures.
• Complete collections and deliveries within agreed schedules.
• Report damage, defects or discrepancies after delivery and on collection.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered in the expected condition and cared for.
• Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle checks accurately.
• Plan journeys following routes and delivery schedules.
• Communicate progress, delays and issues to the logistics team.
• Operate transporter safely with daily checks and defect reporting.
• Follow road traffic laws and company procedures.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Keep transporter clean and in good working order.
• Adhere to health, safety and transport regulations, and company policies.
• Carry out other duties to meet business needs.

Greenhous High Ercall is looking for a reliable, experienced and safety-conscious Multivehicle Transport Driver to join our team.

As a Multivehicle Transport Driver, you will be responsible for transporting multiple vehicles between sites, dealerships and customer locations, ensuring all movements are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. You will play an important role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring vehicles are delivered in excellent condition and handled with care throughout the transportation process.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary: £28,700 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.00 am to 2.30 pm but times may vary depending on job, i.e. 40 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport multiple vehicles between dealerships, company sites, customers and other locations as required.

• Load and unload vehicles safely and securely, following the correct procedures.

• Complete vehicle collections and deliveries within agreed schedules and timescales.

• Carry out vehicle condition checks before collection and after delivery, reporting any damage, defects or discrepancies.

• Ensure vehicles are handled with care and delivered in the condition expected.

• Complete all relevant delivery paperwork, vehicle checks and documentation accurately.

• Plan journeys effectively, following agreed routes and taking account of delivery schedules.

• Communicate with the logistics team regarding progress, delays and any issues arising during journeys.

• Ensure the vehicle transporter is operated safely and responsibly, carrying out daily checks and reporting any defects.

• Follow all relevant road traffic legislation, drivers' hours regulations and company driving procedures.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers, colleagues and other site contacts.

• Keep the vehicle transporter clean, tidy and in good working order.

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies, health and safety requirements and relevant transport regulations.

• Carry out any other duties that may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• A valid driving licence with the appropriate entitlement for the vehicle transporter being operated, C1 + E License required.

• Previous experience transporting multiple vehicles or operating a vehicle transporter would be advantageous.

• A strong understanding of vehicle loading, unloading and securing procedures.

• Excellent driving skills and a responsible, safety-conscious approach.

• Good attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and completing documentation.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage delivery schedules effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with the logistics team.

• A reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.

• Ability to work independently and manage journeys responsibly.
