Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking Advanced Multiskilled Operatives to perform repairs across bricklaying, carpentry, plastering and plumbing in social housing properties.

You will work across at least three core trades, delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring safety, and minimising disruption for residents. You will support apprentices and contribute to a positive, team-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in bricklaying, carpentry, plastering or plumbing.
• Experience across at least three core trade areas is desirable.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Work across at least three core trades, such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plastering or Plumbing.
• Carry out a wide range of repairs to improve homes, safety and comfort for residents.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while following procedures and safety rules.
• Support apprentices and trainees when required.
