Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD in Rugby is seeking multiskilled warehouse operatives for a PM shift. The role involves picking, packing and scanning orders, handling returns and stock counts, with occasional use of Reach and Counterbalance trucks.

This full‑time, temp-to-perm position pays £17.50 per hour with enhanced overtime and weekly pay, offering a reliable path to permanent employment and a supportive shift manager.

Qualifications

• Live local to Rugby and able to commit to the PM shift.
• Experience working both on and off the trucks.
• Multiskilled warehousing experience including picking, packing and stock counting.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and scanning orders.
• Dealing with returns and restocking items.
• Counting stock and conducting basic inventory checks.
• Using Reach and Counterbalance trucks when required.

Looking for a multiskilled warehouse operative who live local to Rugby, can commit to the PM shift and have experience working on and off the trucks.

You’ll be:

• Picking, packing and scanning orders
• Dealing with returns
• Counting stock
• Using Reach and Counterbalance trucks when needed
