CBRE Local UK is seeking a qualified Plumbing Technician to support maintenance across a range of commercial properties. The role involves reactive and planned maintenance on building services, fault finding, and repair under direction from the Technical Supervisor or Area Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing with proven experience in commercial environments and a valid UK driving licence, enabling work across multiple sites.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and building regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Undertake the Control of Works Authorised Person (AP) role and support identification of other relevant APs and Competent Persons (CPs) in cluster.

The role: Plumbing Technician

The Plumbing Technician supports the Technical Supervisor and/or Area Operations Manager (AOM) by providing a reactive and pre-planned maintenance service to building engineering systems and services at various sites in accordance with laid down procedures and safe working practices.

To carry out maintenance, fault finding and repair on all systems as directed by the Technical Supervisor or the AOM.
