Job summary

Adler and Allan in Swansea is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to join our on-site team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will operate specialist equipment and vehicles, support civil engineering and industrial service projects, and uphold safety, quality and professionalism on every job.

Typical duties include operating jetting and clean-up equipment, tackling spills and environmental hazards, carrying out vehicle checks, coordinating with customers, and staying ready for call-out rotas

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (HGV or plant experience a bonus).
• Flexible, can-do attitude with adaptable hours.
• Experience in similar roles or a willingness to learn on the job.
• Team player able to travel and stay away on short notice.
• Knowledge of RAMS and health & safety practices preferred.

As aMultiskilled Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering essential services – from high pressure water jetting and environmental clean ups to industrial services and general groundworks. No two days are the same, and you’ll be at the heart of the action, operating specialist equipment and vehicles (training provided) while keeping safety, quality, and professionalism front and centre.

Your typical day could include:

• Tackling spills, fly tips and environmental hazards
• Supporting civil engineering and industrial service projects
• Carrying out vehicle checks, maintenance and reporting

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• A full UK driving licence (HGV or plant experience? Even better!)
• A practical, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to working hours
• Experience in a similar role or industry – or a willingness to learn on the job
• A strong team player who’s happy to travel and stay away when needed (available on a short notice as well)
• Knowledge of RAMS and health & safety practices (preferred)
