Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Plumber to join the Dungavel IRC maintenance team. You will perform planned pro-active maintenance across plumbing, mechanical and building fabric disciplines, carry out modifications and installations as required, and uphold health & safety standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Plumbing, knowledge of building statutory compliance, a full driving licence, and IT literacy for record keeping. You will be part of the On Call Team, earning an on-call allowance.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial properties and installations.
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and knowledge of building statutory compliance.
• Full driving licence and IT literacy for record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide a multi-skilled service covering plumbing, mechanical and building fabric disciplines.
• Carry out planned pro-active maintenance and installations as required.
• Repair and calibrate electrical/mechanical instrumentation and prepare RAMS/documentation.
