ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Multiskilled HVAC / Plumbing Engineer required to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. To Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site. Based at LCY2 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out mechanical remedial works.
• To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
• To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
• Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
• Production of technical and situational reports as required.
• Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
• To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
• Attending team meetings / briefings as always requested.
• To ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
• To elevate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
• Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
• Based at Amazon LCY3 but may be required to work at other local Amazon sites as and when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Full UK Driving Licence

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HAVC / Air conditioning
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
