We're looking for a hands‑on Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and long‑term facility improvements in a fast‑paced advanced manufacturing environment. This role spans electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and module/pack assembly, with a strong focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Report and elevate health & safety concerns promptly.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and share knowledge across the team.
  • Support facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
  • Lead and contribute to mid‑to‑long‑term plant performance initiatives.
  • Diagnose faults across various control systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed via CMMS.
Qualifications
  • Apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or engineering discipline.
  • ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong automation, PLC, and robotics experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and schematic drawings.
  • Solid understanding of lean principles, TPM, and kaizen.
  • Experience in high‑speed or precision maintenance environments.
