Roles and Responsibilities
  • Carry out fault diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and provide rapid response to breakdown situations.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance tasks according to the plant schedule.
  • Undertake engineering planned maintenance activities within the Department.
  • Ensure that safe working conditions are always maintained in conjunction with company 6's and risk assessment policies.
  • Assist with the improvement methods of reducing plant downtime and increasing plant efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Formally recognised engineering qualifications and an apprenticeship.
  • Mechanically biased, with a multiskilled background.
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of shift patterns.
  • Manufacturing experience.
