Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Shift

Location: North West of England

Duration: Permanent

Our client is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy Engineering department and support all areas of Production, packing and site facilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment, including:
• Pneumatic systems
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical components
• PLCs and inverter-driven equipment
• Identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
• Perform site equipment and facility maintenance as needed.
• Undertake electrical and mechanical installation work.
• Accurately record all completed work in logbooks and worksheets.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 Multiskilled qualifications or equivalent and will have experience in maintaining and repairing food or pharmaceutical process and packaging machinery.
