Qualifications

• Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• At least City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent NVQ in Electrical Installations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the estates portfolio.
• Monitor the condition of buildings and undertake necessary repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Experience in building maintenance with M&E systems
