Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake necessary repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
