Commutable from Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Clitheroe, Preston, Bury and similar areas.

Days based: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Fridays 7:00AM - 12:45PM.

In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation on automated machinery, CNC systems, and key production equipment. Your core focus day‑to‑day will be fault finding, servicing, repairing, and maintaining critical equipment across the site. You'll partner closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a Maintenance Engineer position and be either Multiskilled or Electrically biased. Experience working within manufacturing environments is highly desirable, but not essential. You should hold a minimum of a HNC qualification in a relevant discipline.

The Role:

• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation tasks, both planned and reactive.
• Fault finding, maintaining, servicing and repairing electrical & mechanical equipment across the site.
• Liaising closely with the Site Supervisor.
• 37.5 working week – Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm with a 12:45pm early finish every Friday.
• Optional overtime at an enhanced hourly rate.
• Training and progression available.

The Person:

• Experienced electrically biased or multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Experience within manufacturing environments is desirable, but not essential.
• Based in a commutable location: Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Clitheroe, Preston, Bury or similar areas.
• Qualified to a minimum of HNC level.
