Solutions Limited in Oakham (Rutland) is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a fast-moving FMCG/plastics site. You will fault-find, service and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, conveyors and facilities, supporting a state-of-the-art operation.

The role offers a rotating 4 on 4 off shift (7:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00), strong training and progression opportunities, and a benefits package as part of a well-supported maintenance team near Oakham.

Formación

• Electrical fault finding and repairs experience

Are you an electrical maintenance engineer with a background in FMCG & Plastics manufacturing looking for an exciting new role working on a variety of cutting edge equipment at a state of the art site near Oakham? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join the team near Oakham. The successful applicant will have access to an excellent training program that will enable them to develop within the team and enhance their skillset. You will be servicing one of the groups main sites with the team (and alone once trained) and will be responsible for fault finding and repairing a variety of electrical equipment, conveyors, machinery and facilities/building work. You will diagnose issues, order parts if needed, deal with preventive maintenance enhancing machine optimisation and carry out installation requirements, SOP training and administrative duties. This is a rotating shift of 4 on and 4 off repeating between days and nights, 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am.
