Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician

Hull | £46,700 (including shift premium)

Permanent | 3‑shift rotational (Days, Lates & Nights)

Travis Talent is proud to partner with a long‑established, world‑class manufacturer in Hull seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their high‑performing engineering team.

This is an opportunity for a proven engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly automated production environment to take ownership of machinery reliability, drive efficiency, and play a key role in continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern

You’ll rotate across the following shift system:

  • Days: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) / 7:00 am – 12:30 pm (Friday)
  • Lates: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) / 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm (Friday)
  • Nights: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (Monday to Thursday) / 6:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Friday)

Salary is £41,812.54 for day shifts only, rising to £46,725.51 on a rotational pattern.

The Role

Working as part of a close‑knit maintenance team, you will:

  • Provide electrical and mechanical support across automated production lines
  • Respond to breakdowns efficiently, driving root‑cause analysis and preventative solutions
  • Contribute to PPM, improvement projects, and installation of new machinery
  • Champion high safety, quality, and performance standards on every shift
