Are you a multi‑skilled maintenance engineer looking for an exciting new role working on a variety of cutting‑edge equipment at a state‑of‑the‑art site near Didcot? Do you want to become a senior member of a business and gain management experience? Do you want to join a manufacturing group that is known for excellent staff benefits and retention, offering a great work/life balance with a Monday‑Friday flexible shift pattern?
Due to continued growth, the client is looking for a multiskilled maintenance engineer to join the team at their state‑of‑the‑art facility near Didcot. The successful applicant will be responsible for working within the plant on a range of machinery, providing planned, reactive and preventive maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring that all manufacturing equipment operates at maximum efficiency, enabling all products to be manufactured on time and meeting industry and customer standards. This is an outstanding role for someone looking for daily variety and wanting to grow their skillset within a range of electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery in a bespoke manufacturing environment. You will supervise another technician and gain management skills as you continue to expand your skillset. Because the company’s second site does not have a maintenance team, occasional expensed travel to a day‑work will be required.
This is a great time to join the business, one of the leading companies in the sector with two expanding sites in the UK. With weekends off and flexible hours available, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to increase their earnings and improve their work/life balance over the long term.
