Qualifications

• A trade background in one or more of Joinery, Electrical or Plumbing.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in a handyman or semi-skilled maintenance role.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of repairs, maintenance, and project works.
• Support refurbishment, planned, and reactive maintenance works.
• Mentor apprentices and follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation for repairs.
